Brief Scope of Work:

Shopping mall of 36000 SQM area. The mall consists of 4 zones. Three of which occupied by a will known brands such as Al Hokher, Al Shayee and others. The forth is a hyper market for Watani. It has a fun zone and restaurants area. The mall is fully air conditioned by package systems with a modern fire fighting systems and has an emergency generator.
