Brief Scope of Work:

One of the first high rise building in Jeddah. This commercial only building will be 54 stories (240 m) high and it is on a land area of 10500 SQM on Cornish road in Jeddah. The project consists of three towers. The first one (west) will be 54 stories with a panoramatic view restaurant in the last floor. The middle tower will be 8 floors and it is mainly used as a parking with a 9000 SQM garden in the last floor. The East tower will be 13 floors and it used as the west one as an offices building. The west building will have the first tilt left in the kingdom to take the gests from the 8th floor to the 54th floor.
