Brief Scope of Work:

This high rise building is in the design phase. The aim of this building is to be one of the most clean high rise building in the Kingdom. This 33 floors building (170 m height) is designed using the latest methodology in engineering to be the most clean and environment friendly buildings in the kingdom. Through the using of different and most advanced methodology the power usage of this tower will be at least 50% less than any other one.
